Otter Falls cottages are tastefully converted stone barns, overlooking a pretty courtyard and a short step away from our fishing
lakes. All cottages are fully centrally heated and are ideal for holidays at any time
of the year. Each cottage has a private patio - some with enclosed gardens and
many enjoy extensive views over the Otter valley. All cottages are in easy walking distance from Otter Falls' sporting and leisure facilities. |
Lettings commence from 4:00pm on the day of arrival, and end no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
Travel cots, hi-chairs and stairgates are available for hire.
Important Notes:
Utilities (electricity and gas) are charged by meter reading for each unit, payable at the end of the holiday.
Towels & cot linen (where applicable) are not provided, you will need to bring these with you. All bed linen is provided.
Where description indicates '+ 1 or + 2' this indicates extra person(s) - a charge of £30 p.p.p.w. applies -see prices page.
All properties. - Linen (duvets), Digital Colour TV/DVD, Microwave, Ironing board/iron, Hair dryer. Car parking.
Note: Our courtyard is a "car free zone". Car parking is located nearby at the entrance to the courtyard (see resort map).
For larger parties, Farmhouse and Dovecote can interconnect providing accommodation up to 16 people. Shire Stables and adjacent Ostlers Cottage can provide accommodation for up to 13 people. Long Barn and The Byre can also interconnect to provide for up to 10 people. The Smithy and Farrier's Cottage can interconnect providing accommodation up to 8 people.
