Situated in the unspoilt Otter valley on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, Otterfalls offers relaxation and tranquility amid rolling hills and leafy woods. Open all year, the mild climate and stunning location make Otterfalls the perfect choice for summer holidays and for spring, autumn and winter breaks.
Our extensive facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, all -weather tennis court, coarse fishing lakes, game fishing on the river Otter, 9 hole pitch and putt course and table tennis.
Laundrette – whilst all our larger units holiday units have Washing machine/Dryers for the smaller accommodations there is a modern laundry facility situated in the Bar/Bistro building
Public Telephone – A pay phone is available at the end of the bar/Bistro building
WIFI – freely available in the Pool room
Pets welcome – Otterfalls specializes in providing a perfect holiday location for your family dog with well maintained walking trails crisscrossing our 120 acres – off the lead most of the distance
For wild life enthusiast Otterfalls with it lakes, river and farmlands offers a very wide range of English wildlife in this beautiful habitat

We have enjoyed our break at Otterfalls. The accommodation is very comfortable, the surroundings are picturesque with the enjoyment of lovely scenery and wildlife. The leisure facilities are good. We have had a lovely week here at Longbarn cottage (Otterfalls). The barn has been very comfortable and warm with lots of room. Only here for a weekend break. Lovely lodge clean and tidy, staff very friendly & polite. Bistro food was excellent & fantastic you could take your dog in as well.
