Travelling West from the south coast

Access A35 and travel in the direction of Honiton and Exeter. After the village of Kilmington (approx 6 miles before Honiton) look out for minor road on right hand side signposted Stockland & Dalwood. Follow over Stockland Hill (there is a tall TV transmitter – you can’t miss it)! At the crossroads with A30 go straight across to the village of Upottery. See directions from Upottery below.

Travelling West from A303

After entering Devon by the village of Marsh you will pass the Brightside café on your left. The A303 and A30 converge; you then take the next right hand turning signposted for Upottery. See directions from Upottery below.

Travelling Southbound from M5

Leave M5 motorway at Junction 25 (Taunton). Take first exit towards Ilminster. At junction with A303 (roundabout) go West on A303 towards Honiton. After entering Devon by the village of Marsh you will pass the Harvest garage on your left. The A303 and A30 converge; you then take the next right-hand turn opposite the Isuzu garage into Sandy’s Lane, signposted for Upottery. See directions from Upottery below.

Travelling East from M5 south west

Exit M5 Junction 29 signposted for A30 Honiton. Follow A30 to Monkton towards A303. Pass through Monkton and look for sign to Upottery/Rawridge. Turn left for Rawridge, follow the winding road, go through the village, then take the only left hand turn into New Road. See directions below.

For all guests – directions from Upottery

In the centre of the village at T junction by war memorial (St Mary’s church on left, and Sidmouth Arms on right) turn left past the church.  After half-a-mile, just past the sign for Rawridge take the next right hand turn which is New Road. Go over the little river bridge and up the hill. The driveway to Otter Falls is 200 yards on the left. Follow the road (watch speed over the sleeping policemen) and past Spurtham Farm. Once you see the Otter Falls sign follow the road to the left, down the track past the tennis court, bear right then you will approach the Reception car park on the right.
