Accommodation assistant

Job Responsibilities

The duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Cleaning and arranging guest accommodation
  • Changing all bedding, towels, and tea cloths etc
  • Cleaning and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
  • Dusting / polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats, and rugs
  • Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs
  • Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, etc)
  • Emptying bins and removing rubbish
  • Stock control of cleaning materials, cleaning equipment, linen etc. and reporting requirements to management for re-order
