Maintenance / Grounds Person

About the role

We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance team member to join our team working Tuesday to Saturday each week. This position will report to the site manager.

We are looking for a cultural fit and you should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a strong team environment. You should show pride in completing work to a high standard, with a good understanding of a customer focused business.

Job Description / Requirements

• General building repairs and maintenance
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks both inside and outside
• Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
• Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
• Helping maintain our grounds to a high standard such as
• Grass cutting,
• Hedge trimming
• Clearing leaves
• Plant care
• Strimming
• Ensuring all accommodation units are maintained and fully equipped
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Hot tub changes to include twice daily testing

This is a pivotal role within the organisation and one to make your own! The working environment is both energetic and forward thinking. The Grounds and Maintenance Team Member will help us continue to wow our customers and ensure all our guests and owners are happy during their time with us.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
