But for your extra peace of mind, we’ve made some carefully considered changes to some of our procedures and facilities for you.

1. Cleanliness

We’ve added extra cleaners and increased cleaning times by 50%, leaving no stone unturned to ensure your holiday accommodation is sparkling clean from top to bottom.

Cleaner 1: Will give our usual 5* rated clean.
Cleaner 2: Will give our hard surfaces an extra anti-bacterial wipe down.
Quality checked: Extensive final checks then completed; including surface swabs.

2. Safety

We’ve changed our check-in procedure and added extra hygiene facilities. And if you’ve any safety concerns during your stay, you call or text our team 24/7.
